Participation of Al Ibdaa Bank in the "Employment Opportunities Forum for Persons with Disabilities"

As part of its commitment to fostering social inclusion and empowering all members of society, Al Ibdaa Bank For Microfinance - Syria participated in the "Employment Opportunities Forum for Persons with Disabilities." The forum was held in Damascus on July 12 and 13, 2025, under the theme "Work is a right for all."

This event was a collaboration with the Syrian Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor, supported and funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, and organized with the support ofthe Finn Church Aid (FCA).

Our participation reflects our vision of promoting social inclusion and enabling all individuals, particularly persons with disabilities, to access decent employment opportunities. We believe this initiative is a vital step toward creating a more equitable and inclusive job market and we affirm the crucial role institutions play in supporting this vital community group.
